Our Great CEO
Paula was born and raised in Guyana South America where she was an Asst Director with the Customs and Excise Department for thirteen years. She then migrated to the USA, and worked in several Accounting portfolios. She has two children, Alexia and Alex who both served in the Army and Marine, respectfully. She was a Real Estate Agent in New York where she resided for ten years. Paula moved her family to South Carolina in 2005 and ran a successful event planning business for eight years with a focus on wedding decor. She did this while working secularly with the Federal government. She wears many hats, and is the driving force behind Crepes Palace. Her role as an Owner does not stop her from getting her hands dirty in setting up all the pop-ups for her company.

Crepes Palace is proof you don't have to drive to downtown Charleston to get upscale cuisine. Located in the former home of Hello Deli, Crepes Palace sits beside North Charleston City Hall, offering up unique menu items for breakfast and lunch 8-3pm daily, before switching to their dinner menu 4-8pm.
