Our Great CEO

Paula was born and raised in Guyana South America where she was an Asst Director with the Customs and Excise Department for thirteen years. She then migrated to the USA, and worked in several Accounting portfolios. She has two children, Alexia and Alex who both served in the Army and Marine, respectfully. She was a Real Estate Agent in New York where she resided for ten years. Paula moved her family to South Carolina in 2005 and ran a successful event planning business for eight years with a focus on wedding decor. She did this while working secularly with the Federal government. She wears many hats, and is the driving force behind Crepes Palace. Her role as an Owner does not stop her from getting her hands dirty in setting up all the pop-ups for her company.

CHRISTINA GRAHAM

Christina was born in Manhattan, NY and migrated to Charleston, SC when she was 6 months old. She was raised by her Great Grandmother who instilled an abundance of life lessons that made her who she is today. She is a mother to one daughter, Saniyya, and four dogs, Layla, Grayson, Jackson, and Bella Grace. She is currently a Senior Advisory Consultant for one of United Sates biggest firms. She is also a licensed realtor in the state of SC. Christina has a love for all types of food and enjoys singing and spending time with her family.
